The Challenge
Three apps, three user roles and one real-time backend, all of which have to agree while orders move underneath them — a customer, a rider and a restaurant looking at the same order at the same moment must never see different states. Norway also sets a hard requirement most delivery builds skip: Vipps is the dominant mobile payment rail there, and a consumer app without it is not a credible product regardless of how well the cards work.
