HRV Biofeedback Wristband
Wrist-worn heart rate and stress sensing for a biofeedback platform. Reflective wrist PPG is a hostile signal — perfusion measured 0.02–0.25%, routinely weaker than the baseline wander it competes with — so every constant was tuned from captures on real wrists rather than datasheet defaults.

- Ambient light cancelled using a third LED slot with no LED as a dark reference
- NLMS adaptive noise cancellation with the red channel as the noise reference
- Harmonic-aware peak picking, with an ACQUIRE/LOCKED state machine before the Kalman filter
- RMSSD-derived stress scoring drives the live biofeedback session
