The Challenge
Compliance in a patient app is mostly about the paths data takes when nobody is looking. Postgres row-level security scopes every query to its owner at the database rather than in application code, PHI is kept out of logs and analytics entirely, and session tokens stay in the platform's secure storage. Two-factor authentication covers the account itself.
