SmartOffPrint — Print, Message & Call
A single app combining remote printing, encrypted messaging, HD audio and video calling, cloud storage and payments — built so a document never has to leave the app to reach a printer.
Key Features
Printer discovery and job control across PDF, DOCX and image formats
PIN-protected release for confidential documents
HD audio and video calling with in-call file sharing
End-to-end encrypted messaging
Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive integration
The Challenge
Printing, encrypted messaging and HD video calling are three unrelated problem domains that rarely share an app, and each brings its own native surface — printer discovery and job control, end-to-end encryption, and real-time media. Holding them behind one coherent interface, with PIN-protected release so a confidential document only prints when its owner is standing at the machine, was the design problem.
